HarborPointe Entrance Sign November 2009
Site Essentials Company was chosen by the exclusive gated community of HarborPointe to renovate their existing entrance monument. By choosing onyx granite with recessed gold leaf copy, Site Essentials was able to create an elegant entrance that will endure the harsh elements associated with this gulf coast community. In addition to the entrance plaque, Site Essentials had previously provided decorative cast bronze street signage and lighting.
Carrollwood Village Renovation Project June 2009
Site Essentials Company has been chosen to complete the entrance sign renovation project for Carrollwood Village. The project includes the manufacturing and installation of 90+ high density urethane plaques. Additionally, Site Essentials Company created a new logo and color scheme that will be the centerpiece of an overall rebranding project for the community. The design was specifically created so it may be utilized in updating the current website, adding decorative street signs, outdoor furnishings and other amenities that enhance the village theme.
The Estates at Parsons Pointe Monument Renovation Project May 2009
Site Essentials Company has been selected by The Estates at Parsons Pointe to renovate their existing entrance monument. High density urethane plaques were sandblasted and painted with custom colors.
River Hills Street Signs September 2008
The River Hills Homeowners Association has selected Site Essentials Company to update their existing regulatory street signs with new decorative street signs. The goal of the association is to enhance the overall aesthetics of the property and to bring all existing signs up to current DOT standards. Site Essentials Company was selected over other vendors because of their ability to provide a turn key program including the manufacturing, removal of the existing signs and installation of the new street signs.
Tampa Palms Entrance Signs July 2008
Site Essentials Company has been selected by the Tampa Palms Community Development District to manufacture and install new granite entrance monuments. Each entrance will be renovated to include a black granite sign face with gold leaf recessed copy. The project consists of over 50 entrance monuments that range in size from 20 square feet to over 100 square feet. In addition to completing the granite entrance monuments, Site Essentials Company has also recently completed the manufacturing and installation of new decorative street signs & granite wayfinding signs as part of the Tampa Palms Visioning 2011 plan.
