Site Essential’s manufacturing operation is located in the same facility as sales and design, thereby ensuring effective and timely communications between your sales consultant, the design team and manufacturing. Designed to be both lean and flexible, we can process a variety of materials including granite and stone, Corianâ, HDU (High Density Urethane), a variety of plastics including Sintraâ and other PVC

(Polyvinyl Chloride) sign materials, recycled HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), cold cast plastics, various wood and metals, including cast bronze and cast aluminum.

All major manufacturing processes are completed in-house. This allows Site Essentials to control quality, cost and delivery. The production process begins only after we receive a final customer approval on the artwork or design. Once your approval is given, your order is submitted to one or several of our manufacturing departments.

Sign Fabrication Department

Your sign material can be processed using a multitude of manufacturing techniques. To obtain the desired “look” your signs can be CNC routed, sandblasted, etched or water jet cut. Once the lettering or design is created, additional features can be added or enhanced through various painting methodologies, gold leafing or cold metal spraying.

Paint Department

Site Essentials utilizes liquid spray technology in its paint department. Over time, liquid coatings have been found to be superior for exterior applications and provide the ultimate in protection against harmful UV rays, salt spray and other corrosive elements. Coatings ranging from aliphatic urethanes (automotive finishes) to state of the art fluoropolymers are applied that will best suit your sign’s intended use and general environmental conditions. Where desired, you products can be powder coated.

Our paint mixing system can match over 50,000 colors or allow us to formulate a color especially for you using our PMS paint match.

Metal Fabrication

The majority of our metal products are fabricated from corrosion resistant aluminum. At Site Essentials, all major metal components are welded. While more costly than our competitor’s use of use of setscrews and metal fasteners, the quality, longevity and ease of installation provided by welding far outweighs the cost consideration. You won’t have to worry about crooked, loose or stolen components.

If you can’t find a cast aluminum base, finial or decorative feature from our extensive offerings, Site Essentials will be glad to design decorative features specifically for your project.

Wood Fabrication

Our wood shop can produce outdoor furnishings from a variety of materials including exotic hardwoods such as IPE and Plantation Teak or maintenance free recycled HDPE. Custom logos manufactured in our sign fabrication department can be combined with metals from our metal fabrication department to create unique multi-material looks.

Design Team

One of the most unique features of Site Essentials is the in-house graphic arts team that we allow our customers to utilize. Because of the unique custom designs we are asked to manufacture, the graphic arts team is an integral part of the production process.
